Getting Over It!

Forgiveness is not a pardon or a weakening of who you are. It is not a denial of what took place nor justifies what was done, but you no longer have to live in its madness. Is there a sense of failure of some kind? Are you concerned about your image, what will people (friends or family) think?

Perhaps you feel betrayed or victimized by a relationship or job dismissal. Just when you thought you were over it, an issue or person comes back into your life, consuming you in chaos once again? Is someone controlling you through unforgiveness?

There is power in forgiveness for it frees your body, mind and life to move forward productively. In these sessions, learn how to forgive once and for all, no matter what it is. Learn how to get from beneath someone else's clutches. Regain control of your life. Find those grudges hidden even from you.

Class exercises and homework allow you to apply what you learn right away! Bring specific issues to work through using the effective tools provided in the class.

Self-Study

Self Study differs in that assignments, questions and discussions are via direct email to the instructor. All emails are held confidential regardless of self-study or live students.

Self-study students are always welcome to join a live session. They have the same access as live students do to the different class areas.
